I was currently working at one of UK's leading parts and repair specialists (iPhonefix UK), I worked with this company for several years but now have decided to branch out on my own. All parts that I sell are sourced straight from the manufacturers, Brand new, Grade A+ and all have 1 months warranty.
Not happy with the product you receive, just return in the original packaging unused, upon receipt of this the item will be checked over and then a refund will be issued. Our warranty does not cover accidental damage due to poor installation during the repair process.

All parts sent by us (where required) have been tested to ensure 100% working. Any repair we undertake undergoes a full inspection to ensure fully operational.
As a consumer you have a right to cancel and return parts (in original and unused condition) back to us for a replacement/refund. Any parts that may have arrived damaged or in an unsatisfactory condition, please notify us within 7 days of arrival.
Repairs have a 90 day warranty - Please note: This does NOT cover accidental damage.
Accessories and/ or parts:
All parts are new. Each item is inspected for any damage to ensure goods arrive to you as they should. All parts are protected on dispatch. If the part has been damaged in transit, please contact us. We can not be held liable for parts broken during the installation process when carrying out a repair. Some parts are fragile and may break easily. If you are not confident in repairing your iPhone/iPad, please contact us for professional repair costs. If your part or accessory the you ordered fails within 1 month Please contact us on 07533933011 or via email firstname.lastname@example.org where we will be happy to help.
Reporting a fault:
To report a problem/fault with your recently purchased part, please call the above number or send an email to the above email address. We may request that you are to return the part back to us for testing by our technician. We have to determine whether the fault is a manufacturing one or if a part has been accidentally damaged by the customer during the installation process. In this instance, accidental damage is NOT covered under our 90 day warranty.
To report a return, please call or email. On the rare (but does happen!) occasion we have sent you the wrong part, please contact us before sending as we will send you a pre-paid returns envelope and returns label for you return to us.
